Nagalase Rapid Test Kits, a breakthrough for diagnostic immunotherapy tools and cancer treatment. They are the combination of decades of research and development. Providing quick, reliable 98% accurate results, within 15 minutes.
Why should I test my Nagalase levels?
High Nagalase levels have been observed in the following conditions: Viral infections, Cancer, Autism, Lupus, and other immunity disorders.
Naga, Nagalse Rapid Flow Test Kits can help monitor the efficacy of cancer therapy and certain viral infections. Allowing for earlier detection and treatment. Nagalase is known to suppress the immune system by blocking the production of Gc-MAF, a protein that activates macrophages.
Which makes Nagalase testing an incredibly useful marker for disease diagnosis and monitoring. We are proud to offer the very best in Nagalase testing for clinical and home use.
A breakthrough for Immunotherapy
These Nagalse Test Kits are very different to previous Nagalase tests, which were far less accurate, with longer waiting times for the results.
Naga, Nagalase Rapid Test Kits are a type of Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) which is far quicker and easier to use. With instant reliable 98% accurate results within 15 minutes.
Naga, Nagalase Rapid Test Kits come in in small, waterproof , light weight packaging, that can be used in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, at home and during travel. With clear instructions and easy to use materials.
How do the Test Kits work?
The test device measures the activity of an enzyme called Nagalase (α-Nacetylgalactosaminidase) in the blood. Nagalase is an enzyme produced by cancer and virally infected cells
When a sample of blood, or plasma is applied to the strip on the test device, the Nagalase in the sample binds to the antibodies on the strip, causing a visible line to appear.
The intensity of the line corresponds to the level of Nagalase in the sample, allowing for a quantitative measurement of Nagalase activity.
According to research these levels Healthy and normal Nagalase levels are below 0.95 nmol/min/mg
Whilst increasing up to 8 nmol/min/mg in cases where cancer is present
What if I am tested positive?
Being tested positive does not necessarily indicate a serious condition. In case you are tested positive it is suggested you see your healthcare provider for further advice.
Test specificity
We are proud to have established standardized reference ranges and cut-off values for different types of cancer and infections, as compared to previous Nagalase testing.
Using different biomarkers and diagnostic methods, we have evaluated the cost effectiveness and feasibility of Nagalase testing in different settings globally. Through our research and development, we have overcome the challenges and limitations of previous Nagalase testing.
Research results
The research has been concluded to validate the accuracy and reliability of our Nagalase test kits. 100 patients with cancer were tested, and 98 returned positive results, the test’s sensitivity was 98%. 100 healthy individuals are examined and 99 give a wholly negative result, the test’s specificity is 96%.
