Instructions for use of the test kit
Each test kit is One Time Use only
Please read these instructions before you start the test. This information is from the leaflet provided. This Nagalse blood test is quick, easy to use and provides the results within 10 minutes. We are proud to say that this new generation of Nagalase Rapid Tests are an extremely
accurate (99.8%) way of detecting and monitoring Nagalase levels in the blood. It is a good idea to check your immune system regularly and these test kits are designed to do just that.
Please ensure the test is carried out at room temperature and in a clean and hygienic environment.If administered by another person, then they should wear protective gloves.
To use the Nagalase Rapid Test Kits Follow these steps:
1. Please wash your hands thoroughly, before you begin the test.
2. Wipe the sample site with the antiseptic wipe. Warm up the fingers.
3. Twist off the Lancet cap/safety cover. Turn twice anti-clockwise to remove.
4. Stimulate blood flow in the finger. Hold Lancet firmly against the side of the finger.
5. Press the release button to activate the device.
6. Gently squeeze the fingertip to release a few drops of blood.
7. Squeeze air out the of pipette. Place on blood sample, then gently release the pressure to draw a few drops of blood.
8. Gently squeeze the end of the pipette, to add 2 blood samples to the well on the Test device.
9. Add 2 droplets of Buffer into the sample well.
10. Within a few minutes, lines will appear on the display. Wait 10 minutes for final result. Compare results to the table on the leaflets, or see below.
What if my results show high Nagalase Levels?
High Nagalase Levels does not necessarily indicate a serious condition. Please
consult your healthcare provider, or doctor for medical advice.
Medications warning
Please note that certain medications can affect Nagalase levels due to their anti-
inflammatory effects.
These include the following:
- Statins
- NSAIDs like ibuprofen and aspirin
- Corticosteroids
- Metformin
Additionally, certain Vitamin or Herbal supplements may also affect the results of the
Nagalase levels, including:
- Fish oil
- Turmeric
- Ginger
